Your grains and other products are thoroughly checked before packing. We ensure that the products are fit for the purpose for which they are intended. However, in the rare event where you are not completely satisfied with the product you receive, just give us a call and let us know how can we help.
You can return the product(s) within 14 days of receiving the shipment. If you are in the tricity of Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula, just give us a call (9731766337) and we will have it picked up 🙂 or replaced.
If you wish to exchange your purchased item, contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, informing us of the issue and the product you will like to purchase in exchange.
You can also opt for a refund! Just write to us at email@example.com, mention the order number and your bank details. The refund will be initiated after the products are received at our facility. It may take up to 15 business days for the refund to be processed and completed from our side and the bank.
