We have a very generous return policy :-) If you do not like the produce for any reason, please let us know and we will refund the full amount. Please note that because of the nature of the organic produce, the taste might vary. These are normal seasonal variations in any naturally grown produce.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to inform us so we can create a reverse shipment for the item pickup. In most of the cases, you could just keep the item and we will send you a new one :-)  

Refunds
We spend a lot time to make sure the product which we sell is of top quality. However, if for any reason you do not like it, just write or call us; and we will refund your money within 5-8 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
